We are introducing our Pro subscription gift cards, the only gifts this season that truly matter.

There are three tiers of gift cards you can choose from:

1. A full year of Quest Portal Pro priced at $72 (same as getting 3 months of the full year when paying monthly).
2. A 6-month subscription of Quest Portal Pro priced at $48.
3. A 3-month subscription of Quest Portal Pro priced at $24.

Included in Pro are features such as the Quest Portal Assistant, AI Notes, Generate Character and Avatar Generator. Plus all the free features (of course).

Go to questportal.com/giftcard and tap on the "purchase gift card" button.

Follow the dialog instructions to fill out all necessary information:

• Quantity - How many you are giving.
• Your name
• Recipient name
• Message - If you want to include a special message.
• By Email / Print - The delivery method (if you choose By Email you can still choose to print it after purchase).
• The email address of recipient (if you choose By Email).
• Send instantly - The email will go right away to their inbox. You can also choose a date in the future.
  • Please note that the future time is in GMT +0. Use this converter to find the correct time in your time zone.

After this initial information you can hit continue and be prompted to fill out your credit card information to complete the purchase.

After purchase you will see a confirmation screen where you can print out the gift card.

Gift cards will include a code that is a few letters. This is the promotion/coupon code that can be used during checkout for a 100% discount on the first year of an annual Pro subscription.

Gift cards need to be redeemed in our web app. This is the flow:

• Sign-in or Sign-up to Quest Portal on the web (do not use the mobile app for this).
• Go to your Account Settings.
  • You will see "Account" in the menu when you click on your profile icon.
• Choose the "Quest Portal Pro" from the navigation menu.
• Choose the plan you want, either "Monthly or "Annual".
  • If your gift card is for the 1-year of Quest Portal Pro we recommend choosing the Annual plan.
  • If your gift card is for 6 or 3-months of Pro then choose Monthly.
• Click the button to start a trial of Quest Portal Pro.
  • This should open up Stripe (our payment provider).
• On the left there will be an option to add a Promotion code.
  • This is where you enter in the gift card code and hit apply.
• Credit card information is required as the subscription will auto renew at the end of the period.
  • If you don't want it to auto renew you will need to cancel before the end of the gift card period.

Yes, you can. However, there's no smooth way to do it. We recommend you cancel your current subscription. The current subscription will remain active until your period ends. Then after it has lapsed you can resubscribe using the gift card promotion code.

Does the gift card expire?

Nope. Gift cards can be redeemed at any point.

I typed in a wrong recipient email, what can I do?

Contact us. We can void the gift card and send a new one to the correct email.
