Marketplace
The Marketplace allows the purchase of adventures, rules, settings, resources - as individual books and as bundles of books.

The Marketplace contains premium books that can be purchased as a one time payment. These books work within the Quest Portal Global and Campaign Libraries, and if the owner also has access to the Quest Portal Subscription, will also be used as AI Assistant references where appropriate.

The Marketplace can be accessed through the ribbon on the left, or through unpurchased books in the Global Library, or through the Campaign Library, or on our website.

The Marketplace has it's products laid out in a grid pattern, which can be scrolled to see more options.

There are Featured Tags at the top of the Marketplace page to quickly find content that is associated with that tag.

The Marketplace also has a filter option, choosing between New and Popular. This organizes and displays content based on recently added or how popular the source is.

You may also search for specific content by using the search bar in the top right hand corner.

Product Cards

A product card can be clicked on to take you to the product page where you can purchase or add the book to your Global Library.

Each product has a card contains information helpful to the user at a glance. It looks like the following:

Product Card for Ancient Trails of Nazaroth

The name of the publisher is in the top left - you can click this to get to a full list of the publisher's products.

The top right of the card is the main game system the product works with.

The name of the product is in a Header format.

The tag line below the name of the product is a short sentence describing the content of the product.

The bottom left corner indicates either the Price (in USD, excluding Tax) in white, Free in green, or Owned in purple.

The bottom right contains two pieces of information. A symbol that indicates the contents of the product:

  • A book icon to indicate a library book source.

There might also be yellow stars, indicating that the content was creating using AI assistance - be they images or text, either completely AI created or used only as part of the process.

Product Page

The product page contains information about the product itself - the contents of the book, or books, for example. It could contain images, maps, and a description of the product in more enticing detail. There may also be multiple tabs with more information about the product.

You can purchase the book from this page by clicking the Buy for (price) button and following the payment processors instructions.

Once purchased, the book will indicated Owned in purple where prices are.

The page also displaces the product, or products, contained, publisher information and relevant tags. You can also leave feedback on the product for Quest Portal staff to see by clicking Send Feedback.

Purchases

Books you own will be accessible through your Global Library, as well as appearing as an option when you configure your Campaign Library.

Additionally, navigate to your Account Settings (see @Account Management) to find your Purchases tab.

If you are having problems, contact email support@questportal.com for help.

Important Note

It is important to note the following: that currently all products are only library books. Some products may contain the following warning:

Note:
This book is a Library source only.

Currently,
it does not come with pre-built scenarios, asset packs or with pre-generated character sheets.

The book does however, contain images/maps and pre generated character stats, which can be used to create scenes and character sheets.

This indicates that a book most likely contains an adventure, campaign or scenario - but that the product is currently only a book, and does not contain support for a pre made campaign at present beyond images in the book (that can be copied and added to Scenes or Notes in a Campaign), or written character sheets (that can be copied into a universal character sheet to be added to a Campaign).
